Over 25 years progressive leadership experience in the financial services sector, including large international insurance companies, investment banking and medium size entrepreneurial operations. Significant experience with financial reporting, planning, corporate governance, risk management and board oversight.  Regarded as an effective financial leader, change agent and a credible voice in decision making. 

Recent clients include: project with an automotive sector financial services company with the submission of a regulatory license application to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI).

Seval has served as a director on the DAS Canada Board, as well as on non-profit boards. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).
