Compliance Management

No matter the size of your business, compliance management is necessary to mitigate against the risk of legal action; customer complaints; and fine/penalties and sanctions from regulatory bodies (eg. licensing, or CRA).

Every business is unique and will have different requirements. After the initial consultation, we will work with you to: identify the compliance areas that are most relevant for your business; identify/prioritize the gaps; and develop an action plan to close the gap and mitigate the adverse impact to your business.

Our Process for developing your plan:

  1. Initial Consultation - phone call to develop an understanding of the nature of your business and your compliance requirements;
  2. Agree on scope of work and budget;
  3. Client completes Compliance Health Check;
  4. Hold compliance session to review health check results and to develop a plan to close any gaps. This can be done at your premises or alternate location as agreed;
  5. The draft Compliance Report will be provided to you by email for any initial feedback. If needed, a meeting can be set up to discuss any clarification/changes;
  6. The final Compliance Report with findings and recommendations will presented to you, either by phone call or in-person meetings.
